I have been living here for over a year and generally enjoy it. I like having my utilities all tied into one bill and stable from one month to the next. The location on Cerrillos Rd is good for anyone who works in that area or takes the Santa Fe bus which tends to run on time.

Been here a little over a year, brand new spacious studio apartment with full size fridge, microwave/convection combo, two electric burners, an in-unit washer/dryer combo, and plenty of cabinet space. Management is great, I couldn't be happier!👍

I’ve been living at Elevate at Oslo for a while now and have had a fantastic experience. The recent renovations really show—the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances give the place a very modern, upscale feel. One of my favorite things is the $165 flat-rate utility fee (which includes internet and electric); it makes budgeting so much easier every month. The management team is professional and the location is super convenient for getting around Santa Fe. Highly recommend if you want a clean, updated space!"

Elevate at Oslo was quite a find when I arrived in Santa Fe five months ago. I didn't know the area very well so I was lucky to find it right away. The location is excellent, with every major store within walking distance and my favorite restaurants too.

This place is clean, bright and welcoming. The apartments are small for the price but they are nice. The manager, Scott is very professional and pleasant in his communication and he pays attention to the needs of the tenants. Like many places, there area few tenants who do not respect the rules such as not smoking in the building but overall the people who live in the building seem to care about the place. I'm new to the place so I will update this review and rating if needed.
